CertaPro Painters® of Columbus, OH was contacted in August 2019 to paint the Island Club Apartment Complex in Columbus. This included a full exterior painting and color change to all the vinyl siding and wood trim surfaces. Extensive wood trim and stairwell header replacement throughout the property. Hardy board installation along all the skirt trim. Metal roof and ceiling coatings to all the carports.
In total, the job included 11 Buildings, 12 Carports and 10 Garages, and the Maintenance Shop with attention paid to Soffits, Fascia, Gutters, Downspouts, Siding, Wood Window Trim, Porch and Balcony Posts, Porch Ceilings, Metal roofs on garages and carports, Underside of carport metal roofs and Posts, Door Frames, Flat Metal Doors on Porches, Unit Doors, Lattice and Railings, Chimney Siding.

THE FINAL RESULT
When all tasks were completed, CertaPro’s professionals surveyed the area and took pictures of the improvements. The exterior received fresh coats of paint and primer, providing a beautiful new look and long-lasting protection against the elements.
