Retail Project in Powell, OH

In September 2019, CertaPro Painters® of Columbus, OH was asked to assist in the refinishing efforts of a retail center in Powell. The complex has extraordinary appeal, with its farm-style exterior and unique sections. However, the 30,000+ square foot facility was suffering from fading paint and some water damage due to leaky gutters, stripping it of its previous beauty.

CeraPro Painters® coordinated their efforts to efficiently complete the project in two weeks. Small repairs were completed on the water damaged areas, including the soffit, fascia, and trim, to replace the spreading wood rot. The faded exterior was then cleaned, prepped, and painted to breathe life back into the alluring property. A complete transformation led to a head-turning result, providing a great environment for both tenant and patron.

After the project was completed, CertaPro’s professionals surveyed the area to gather images of the enhanced exterior. The paint color was restored to its original beauty and the water damage was repaired for long-lasting protection.
