Apartment Project in Whitehall, OH
CertaPro Painters® of Columbus, OH was contacted in March 2019 to complete a thorough refinishing of the 23-building apartment complex, Estates On Main. The exterior was experiencing an abundance of peeling paint, along with wood rot and rusting.
The rusting was present on the siding and roofing, while the wood rot was an issue on the fencing. The complex’s railing combatted both, requiring the need for a thorough cleaning and, in some cases, replacement. Small repairs were made by CertaPro Painters® before the exterior was cleaned and prepped to ensure the paint coatings would apply evenly.

Refinished Metal Sections
Large metal sections of the complex were showing signs of disrepair, in need of a cleaning and repainting.
Repainted Roofing
The roof was refinished to cover the fading paint and rust spots, providing long-lasting protection
Thorough Refinishing
The smaller sections of the buildings were restored to provide an all-encompassing, professional finish to the apartment's exterior.
Painted Breezeway
The breezeway was repainted to match the rejuvenation efforts to the rest of the property.
Painted Railing
The metal railing around the housing was removed of rust and painted to pair with the restoration efforts to the siding and roof.
