From metal siding and CMU block to gutters, downspouts, staircases, and overhead doors, every surface was carefully prepped and coated for long-lasting protection. Given the height of the building, lifts were used to access elevated areas, and traffic controls were implemented to ensure minimal disruption to daily warehouse operations. Project Overview:
In the summer of 2024, CertaPro Painters of Columbus, Ohio, was tasked with the exterior renovation of Aaron’s Warehouse, a large commercial facility located in Canal Winchester Ohio. The project spanned two weeks and involved a comprehensive painting and preparation process to enhance both the aesthetics and durability of the warehouse exterior. The scope of work included:

- Scraping and sanding, with heavy scraping on peeling siding
- Priming all surfaces to ensure long-lasting adhesion
Equipment and Techniques
Due to the height of the building, a lift was required to safely access and paint elevated areas. CertaPro Painters coordinated with the property manager to schedule dock access and implemented traffic controls to ensure minimal disruption to warehouse operations during painting.
