In the summer of 2024, CertaPro Painters of Columbus, Ohio, managed a multi-site commercial painting project across six locations in Ohio: Avon, Mentor, Cleveland Heights, Cleveland, Medina, and Brunswick. Each location was completed in a week, requiring a well-coordinated effort to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality. The project included:

– Priming all metal surfaces
– Removing stickers and signs from surfaces before painting
Repairs:
– EIFS repairs to restore exterior walls before painting
Painting Services:
– Metal roofs, gutters, and downspouts

– Archways at entrances
– Pay stations and vacuum poles
– Canopies, posts, and building stripes
– Block retaining walls, trim, and awnings
Equipment and Techniques: This project required the use of industrial coatings on metal roofs and other metal surfaces to provide durable and long-lasting protection. Lifts and other specialized equipment were employed to safely access hard-to-reach areas like canopies and rooflines, ensuring precision in every detail.
