The project encompassed the interior revitalization of a Toyota dealership located in Columbus, GA. The facility spans an expansive 20,000 square feet and serves as a hub for automotive sales and services.

Initial Condition:
Upon commencement of the project, the facility presented significant wear and neglect. The walls and concrete floor exhibited signs of age, having not been painted for years. Moreover, remnants of outdated graphics and signage cluttered the space, accompanied by notable damage such as holes in the sheetrock.

Project Scope:
The endeavor involved a comprehensive overhaul to restore the dealership’s interior to its former vibrancy. Key tasks included:

1. Removal of Old Graphics and Signage: Elimination of outdated graphics and signage cluttering the walls and surfaces throughout the facility.
2. Sheetrock Repairs: Mending the damage inflicted on the sheetrock, including the meticulous repair of holes and blemishes.
3. Concrete Floor Etching and Coating: Employing specialized etching machinery to etch the expansive concrete flooring in the service bays, followed by the application of a fresh coating for enhanced durability and aesthetics.
4. Painting Walls and Ceilings: Application of fresh coats of paint to rejuvenate the worn walls and ceilings, transforming the ambiance of the entire space.
5. Adding Toyota Red Accent Walls: Enhancing the aesthetic appeal of 10 designated rooms by incorporating Toyota’s signature red hue as accent walls, infusing the space with brand identity and energy.

Challenges Faced:
A notable challenge encountered during the project was the necessity to maintain business operations while conducting renovations. To mitigate disruption, the team meticulously planned and executed the project in phases, working on one side of the service bay at a time to ensure seamless continuation of dealership activities.
