Get to Know Co-Owner of CertaPro Painters® of Charlottesville: Eric Benson!
Eric is a co-owner of CertaPro Painters of Charlottesville with his wife, Kim. After working as an entrepreneur in the IT field for over 25 years, Eric decided on a career change with CertaPro to better fulfill his personal goals while still providing the challenge of running and growing a successful business.
Previously, Eric was a founder and owner at a successful PR software company, growing it from its infancy to becoming a leader in the online media newsroom software space with hundreds of newsroom clients including Ford Motor Company, Toyota, the Detroit Lions, Best Buy, Abbvie, Texas Instrument, Lenovo, Walgreens, and several other Fortune 500 companies.
Eric has leveraged his customer service and business knowledge in helping to serve and expand the existing Charlottesville territory for CertaPro. His experience of delivering a positive experience for customers and meeting their expectations is a passion that Eric brings to CertaPro Painters of Charlottesville that he believes is a key differentiator in separating us from our competitors.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and two cats (well, just one of them if we’re being honest). You may also find Eric on the pickleball courts, hiking or playing trivia at one of several venues in the area.
