Exterior Condo Painting Service

Between January and April of 2019, a beautiful transformation took place at Queens Station Condominiums in Charlotte, NC. CertaPro Painters of Salisbury repainted 5 three-story condos consisting of over 100 units. The facilities were built in the 1980’s, and were long overdue for staining and repainting. We repaired stucco, stained the perimeter fence and replaced over 500 shingles!

Our crew also repainted the complete exterior; including chimneys, stucco, and cedar shake shingles.
Our biggest challenge was working with the residents in balcony areas and coordinating times to paint their doors. We worked diligently to minimize inconvenience and kept all residents apprised of schedules and access needed. We used long ladders to work in tight spaces, and we finished the project in 13 weeks.

Kevin, the property manager, said he decided to work with us because of the price and value presented. He enjoyed the consultation because it was thorough. “I knew they’d provide what we were looking for! They have excellent communication, follow through and are always responsive to requests and questions. I would use them again, for sure!”
