Our residential painters completed this stunning exterior refresh for a beautiful residential property located in Waxhaw, North Carolina. This project began on Monday, March 13th, 2025, and was completed over the course of 8 days, delivering a renewed look that enhanced both curb appeal and long-term protection.

Project Overview
The home was situated in a large, upscale community in Waxhaw and featured 5,600+ square feet with a combination of brick and stone exterior elements. In addition to the main home, the property included a separate garage structure, as well as detailed exterior features such as a wooden pergola and trimwork that required expert attention.
Surface Conditions Before Painting
When our team arrived, the existing wood stain and painted surfaces had noticeably faded from exposure to the elements. The homeowner wanted a fresh, updated appearance while also staying proactive with exterior maintenance. Our goal was to restore vibrancy and provide a clean, bright finish that would help preserve the home’s exterior for years to come.
Scope of Work
The project included painting nearly all exterior painted surfaces, excluding the brick and stone areas. Our team completed:
- Full exterior siding painting
- Door frame and trim updates
- Garage door painting
- Pergola refinishing and painting
Every surface was carefully prepared to ensure a smooth, durable finish that complemented the home’s existing masonry features.

With a home of this size and architectural detail, the project required skilled navigation of elevated areas, including reaching high dormers and steep peaks.
