SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

The project included repainting all white trim, five metal doors, and the entire men’s restroom. The pavilion ceiling was also updated from white to Pizza Blue, introducing a bold new color that transformed the appearance of the space.

Before work began, the team created digital renderings to show the HOA committee how the new ceiling color would look. This allowed the committee to review and approve the change with confidence before painting started.

CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS:

The primary challenge was the project’s tight schedule. All work needed to be completed before the HOA opened its pool for the summer, leaving little room for delays.

Through careful planning and an efficient painting schedule, the crew completed the full project in just three days. This allowed the pavilion to open on time with its refreshed finishes ready for the summer season.
