Commercial Case Study
Moe's Southwest Grill - Belle Hall Shopping Center
The Client
Moe’s Southwest Grill has more than 700 locations in the US and abroad. This well-known franchise established in 2000, was now undertaking a complete brand refresh. Rebranding involved changes to paint color schemes, artwork, and other signage.
The Client Challenge
During the rebranding, Moe’s hoped to remain open to continue to serve the community. The Moe’s on Long Point Road in Mount Pleasant is one of the busiest locations in the entire system. In the evenings, the restaurant is filled with little league teams, teens, and family gatherings. Any amount of business disruption during the painting project would be costly.
CertaPro Solution
Evaluation of the space prompted our proposal to include additional services that would further take advantage of their project window. This included work to complement their rebranding requirements such as repairs to dining and kitchen walls and repainting all metal handrails, chair rails, stairs, and windows.
CertaPro’s painting expertise and tight-knit project management was a driving force in their ultimate success. Our plan of action included utilizing off hours, weekends and shifting dining area locations during slower times of the day. Sectioning off work areas and using dust containment allowed work to continue simultaneous to business activity.
The Result
The project was a great success. Moe’s did not experience any slowdown in customer traffic during the week-long project. As a result, CertaPro has continued to support Moe’s on rebranding efforts at all their locations in the Charleston area.
