Jim joined the CertaPro team in July 2023. He comes with an extensive background in commercial restoration, business marketing, and community relationship building. He is passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and giving back to the community through associations such as Habitat for Humanity and the Chamber of Commerce.  In his free time, he is an avid UNC sports fan, enjoys traveling with his wife, and doing volunteer work at his local church.
