Background of the Building:

The professionals of CertaPro Painters of Central SW FL worked on the site of a 2 story office building in Lee County. The building was originally built in 1984 and has a very stylized and detailed exterior.

The Problem to be Solved: 

The exterior of the building was different colors in different spots. The building’s exterior hadn’t been painted in over 10 years. The stucco siding was degraded, chalky and needed a masonry chalk sealer prior to the finish coat.

The Solution/Scope of Project:

Our team used Power lift operation to pressure wash not only the building, but a tile roof and lots of concrete walkways.
We sprayed Direct To Metal (DTM) acrylic on all metal railings.
All stucco was brushed and back-rolled throughout for a well-filled, premium, long-lasting finish.

It was highly detailed throughout and we used some special equipment including a 45′ articulating boom left and 2 surface cleaning tolls.

The project took about 1.5 weeks to complete from start to finish.
