Before the Project Begins

Set aside areas for access and equipment. As the crew preps and paints your home, they will need entrance to every side. If any gates or barriers will prevent access, ensure the painters have a way to get through. Relocate any items that may block space for ladders and other needed equipment.

Trim shrubs and bushes. Before we begin painting, we ask that any nearby foliage be trimmed. This will protect your landscaping from any potential overspray or dripping.

Access to the hose spigot. Throughout the project, the painters will need use of a hose. We ask that you have a hose available for use and direct us to the spigot.

The Clean Up Process

Once we’ve completed your exterior painting project, our team cleans up any paint chips and debris from your lawn and landscaping. We also replace shutters and remove all ladders and equipment.
