Hello, my name is Sebastian Piedrahita, I was born and raised in Venezuela, but I have resided in Houston for over 8 years, on my free time I like to stay active, travel and exercise.
Before joining Certapro I was in the service industry, so I completely understand how important it is for a customer to be treated right and to feel important and for a business to impact their customers life with their projects to grow and be successful, working in that industry taught me a lot of how to see things from the customers perspective and that combined with the way I get along with people guarantees that I will make sure to provide an amazing experience for our customers.
I am the new RSA of Certapro of Central and Northeast Houston, and thanks to Certapro’s background we have the tools the training and the resources to complete and exceed your expectations on your project, I am very excited to go on this new path and create incredible experiences for my customers and build life-long relationships with them, my role includes being a sales consultant, planning the scheduling of the project, manage work crews, supervise the project from beginning to end making sure there is no middle man and making the usually stressful process of painting much easier for everyone involved and make sure the customer sees us as their first choice.
