HydroTex Dynamics

The Project:

We are thrilled to share that we’ve recently wrapped up a major interior and exterior overhaul at HydroTex Dynamics! This ambitious project, which started in early 2024, involved comprehensive industrial cleaning and painting across their entire facility. Opened in 1979, this industrial machine shop hadn’t been painted since then and needed the expertise of CertaPro Painters of Central & Northeast Houston to breathe new life into the building.

The Work:

We transformed the exterior buildings, interior metal walls, deck ceilings, cranes, pallet racks, beams, columns, and insulation with precision and care. We addressed all damaged and bent metal sidings and installed thousands of square feet of prefabricated metal sheets to protect and preserve the facility’s insulation. Our team managed the complex logistics of coordinating multiple contractors, including cleaning crews, painters, aerial machinery operators, concrete specialists, electricians, plumbers, metal workers, and many others, all while ensuring that the HydroTex plant’s daily operations continued smoothly. We executed this project seven days a week across three shifts—morning, afternoon, and night—without disrupting the plant’s production schedule.

Final Result:
