The Project:
CertaPro Painters of Central Houston took on a project in which the client needed a specific building ready for future tenants. The caveat for this project, though, was that the current tenants would still be there and would need to go undisturbed throughout the duration of the project.

The Work:
CertaPro Painters of Central Houston started in July of 2019 with repairing stucco walls, patching holes, removing signs, and painting railings. Once the prep was complete, a thorough clean was done by power washing, followed by 2 coats of spray paint. CertaPro Painters of Central Houston also recommended a blue accent line across the entirety of the building to help with branding and awareness for the client. It took nine days from start to finish, on time and under budget. There were daily check-ins with the Production Manager and Owner of CertaPro Painters of Central Houston to ensure top-notch client communication and expectation.

Final Result:
Despite the challenge of current tenants, CertaPro Painters of Central Houston was able to deliver exceptional results on time and under budget. By accommodating the current tenants schedule, there were no disruptions to daily operations. The client received a presentation of before and after photos, and a custom drone video detailing the work completed.
