The Project:
An investment firm purchased a former college building that was in a dilapidated state. CertaPro Painters of Central & Northeast Houston were contacted to bring this building back to life. The issue with this was that the investment firm is out-of-state, meaning communication between CertaPro Painters and their team was of the utmost importance. Not only that, but the dilapidated state needed to be improved within 2 weeks to allow for the building to hit the market to be sold.

The Work:
The team at CertaPro Painters of Central & Northeast Houston had their work cut out for them. The stucco was very faded, and the sidewalks were cracked. The use of boom lifts, pressure washers and spray rigs, and a 500 gallon water tank was necessary to bring this building back to life. The team started by pressure washing and masking all the windows, followed by priming. Then, two coats of Sherwin Williams paint was applied. The sidewalks required extra care, including a special coating designed specifically for them.

Final Result:
When all was said and done, CertaPro Painters of Central & Northeast Houston were able to complete the job within the 2 week time frame, all the while keeping the out-of-state investment firm updated with the daily happenings at the job site.
