Miami International Commerce Center Painting Project

Project Conditions:

Several of the buildings were equipped with roll-up doors that either had not previously been painted or exhibited paint degradation with noticeable peeling. Upon our initial assessment, the walls presented a chalky texture which we corrected. Our team meticulously prepared all surfaces, then applied a primer, before painting all doors.  Finally, we thoroughly cleaned and sealed all vertical stucco surfaces to ensure adhesion of the finishing coats.

Special Challenges:

One of the primary challenges of the project was managing the significant traffic flow in and out of the warehouses, given the constant presence of vehicles and trucks. Effective coordination was key, we collaborated closely with the tenants and the engaged company to synchronize our efforts. Despite these potential obstacles, we executed the project seamlessly, ensuring minimal disruption for the tenants during the painting process. Our diligence and professionalism garnered considerable appreciation from all involved parties.
