The Prospect Park buildings in Miami, Florida was in need of repair and a facelift. The buildings then were repainted by our painters in July of 2021. CertaPro Painters of Central Miami were ready for the job. These buildings had hairline cracks everywhere. There was a lot of preparation work that was needed to get these buildings back on their feet. We filled the cracks and performed some minor stucco repairs.

This building required pressure washing, caulking repairs, some stucco work and then finally repainting. This job of 5 exterior buildings was completed in 3 short weeks. Our CertaPro Painters were ready to do the job! We put as much effort into the behind the scenes areas as the customer-facing. Prospect Park now has a brand new look!
