CertaPro Painters of Central Miami were recently hired to paint several buildings on the Florida Memorial University campus, including the Lehman Building, Lou Rawls Building, Smith Dining Hall, and the FMU/FIU Co-op Building. In addition to painting, they also pressure-washed the metal roofing of these buildings. This required the use of a boom lift.

The biggest challenge in completing this project was working around the students and faculty. The entrances needed to be painted but were also high traffic areas, and so timing was key in minimizing disruption.
