International Corporate Parkway Commercial Complex

CertaPro Painters^® of Central Miami, FL was contacted to paint the exterior of 10 buildings in the International Corporate Parkway Commercial Complex. Our team of commercial painters completed the project with minimal interruptions, working after traditional hours and even on weekends!

Challenges of this magnitude can provide their own set of unique hurdles. Fortunately, our painting professionals have plenty of experience with these types of projects. High-level communication and coordination allowed the team to finish the project on budget and under the allotted timeframe without incident.

This project presented a number of unique challenges, the first being the immense size of the project itself: ten total buildings across an interconnected commercial complex. However, this proved no problem for our professional painters, who brought great quality to a project of great quantity.

Next, there was an unforeseen and sudden challenge with the timeframe given for our teams to complete the project. Overnight, our available time shrunk by 33% from ninety days to sixty days, forcing us to consolidate schedules for every building in a single day. Our management team was able to take this challenge head-on and implement a logistics strategy that fit the client’s needs.

To benefit the client the most, we also worked while the commercial complex itself was occupied with tenants throughout, one of which was a TSA office that required proper security checks to begin the project. In particular, the loading bays for relevant businesses presented a logistical issue, as they were constantly in use by vehicles and workers. This roadblock and the others proved to not be a challenge for our communicative staff, and the project was completed with no interruption to any business.

Keeping all this in mind, we were able to complete a full makeover of the commercial complex by painting the tilt-up concrete, roll down doors, metal railings, dock levelers, canopies above dock doors, and more! This project was massive in scale, but we had the resources, manpower, and expertise to tackle it and deliver an exceptional product to the client.
