A Bold New Blue
Our team was hired to paint the entirety of this US Storage facility in St. Hialeah. The previous color scheme was using yellow as the accent shade, but the owners decided to go with a more sophisticated shade of blue for the new paint job. In addition to painting the walls and accents, we also cleared out the vines that were covering the sides of the buildings, making the buildings look even fresher.
Before
Many of the yellow doors had begun to fade and gather dirt, which was easily visible when contrasted with the yellow paint. The buildings also had vines growing on the sides, which would need to be removed in order to touch up the paint (and to increase curb appeal in general).
After
We were initially given a 4 week deadline on this project, but we were able to complete work on the property in just 3 weeks. The facility looked like new, and the owners were so satisfied with our work that they gave us another commercial job that covered 5 different buildings.
