Stucco Homes (2,500 – 3,500 sq. ft.)
- Typical Range: $6,000 – $20,000
- Stucco absorbs more paint than other surfaces, especially if it has never been coated before, which may require multiple coats.
Standard Wood Siding Home (2,500 – 3,500 sq. ft.)
- Typical Range: $4,000 – $9,000
- Pricing depends heavily on the condition of the wood and any existing coating.
- Damaged or failing wood may require extra prep such as sanding, filler, or repair.
- Delamination is a natural wood failure that cannot be prevented by paint products, and light carpentry replacement is often required in these cases.
Standard Vinyl or Aluminum Siding (2,500 – 3,500 sq. ft.)
- Typical Range: $3,000 – $6,000
- Vinyl siding can be painted, offering a cost-effective makeover with minimal prep needs.

- Broad Range: $3,000 – $10,000 or more, depending on material, square footage, and degree of ornate elements and add-ons
- $1,500 – $4,000 for front double doors, ornate frames, 60 ft of high soffit, 22 feet of low soffit, 2 to 3 garage door frames, back door and frame, and shutters.
