My name is Diane and I grew up in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. So we had a house in the area. I needed to have it painted. The paint was starting to peel. It was spring. Someone who’s either running a business or my personal life, if I can hand the ball off and know it’s getting taken care of, that’s huge.
What’s memorable is that they would come in and do the job and no questions asked if there was a problem, they’d come back and take care of it. What they say they’re gonna do, they do. And that’s huge in business. Even when you call on the telephone, the people are very friendly on the phone. They call you back when you ask to be called back if you’re checking on a bill or checking on a question. It’s a joy to work with them. I felt confident that they would be accountable for the work that they were doing. CertaPro Painters walks their talk. They say they’re gonna do something, it gets done.
