Growing up, I never had a crystal-clear vision of what I wanted to be. I just knew I loved solving puzzles—mental ones, situational ones, whatever came my way. I still remember when my teachers placed me in a critical thinking and problem-solving class in fifth grade. It lit a fire in me. I still get it now every time I walk onto a job site, face a new challenge, and piece together a solution that makes everyone’s day a little easier.
A big turning point in my life was when my family moved from Bulverde to McKinney, Texas. That shift taught me how to adapt quickly—an ability that comes in handy daily in my role as a Residential Production Associate. Whether I’m coordinating crews, talking with homeowners, or handling a last-minute curveball, there’s a rhythm to the problem-solving that keeps me on my toes and fully engaged.
Before working in the painting industry, I was deep in the world of IT—an analyst with a knack for detail. That background still shapes how I work today. I’m the guy who thinks three steps ahead, trying to avoid issues before they happen. But what truly drives me is knowing that being reliable—at work and at home—is part of my greater purpose. I want to be a good husband, brother, son, and someday, a father my kids can look up to, the way I once looked at my own parents with awe.
