Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinet Painting Project

Our residential painting team at CertaPro Painters® of Cedar Rapids, completed this bathroom and kitchen cabinet painting project in Cedar Rapids, IA. We began the project on April 11th and completed it on April 18th. The challenge we faced was the limited room we had in the kitchen, plus we wanted to complete it in a timely manor as this is a living space our client uses every day. So the crew worked very hard to make sure that we were in and out as fast as we could be but delivering the quality that we expect.
Before
When we arrived at the home our client had oak cabinets and trim she wanted to update in her kitchen and bathrooms.

The project involved, removal of hardware, protecting surrounding areas, masking off the inside of the cabinet boxes, wiping down the cabinets so they were free of oils or any kitchen grease that may be on them, sanding the surface to make a profile that the primer would adhere to. Then apply a coat of primer, two coats of finish paint.
After Photos
Once done a final inspection was performed and any areas that did not look right were corrected. All cabinet doors were re-installed, hinges and pulls were installed and a final inspection was completed with the client-What we call our pride walk.
