Mulit-Family Unit Painting

This Multi-family unit with commercial below was the second project we completed for this owner. There were 48 units in this four story high building, The units were aprox 1200-1600 sq foot, with painted ceilings, walls a nice light gray, painted woodwork including, doors, door frames, trim, fireplace. Project went according to plan and took us 3 months to complete. This was a new construction, so we had a blank slate to work with.

Our team here at CertaPro Painters® of Cedar Rapids started this manufacturing facility painting project in Iowa City, Iowa in July 2022. This is a large manufacturing facility that has many pedestrian paths, and walkways that need to be clearly legible so that workers are safe and know where to walk in this facility. Many of the old lines have simply worn off or have become hard to see due to fork lift’s, carts, and other items driving over them.
