Commercial Painting Project in Cedar Rapids, IA
This Multi-family unit with commercial below was the second project we completed for this owner. There were 48 units in this four story high building, The units were aprox 1200-1600 sq foot, with painted ceilings, walls a nice light gray, painted woodwork including, doors, door frames, trim, fireplace. Project went according to plan and took us 3 months to complete. This was a new construction, so we had a blank slate to work with.

Our team primed, sanded walls, painted two coats on all walls and trim. We needed to fill nail holes, caulk top gaps, back mask, prime and apply two coats of paint.
