Commercial Painting Project completed in the Cedar Rapids Service Area
This is a Commercial steel building approximately 4500 sq. ft. Built in the early 1990’s the building was in need of a protect and update in color. It needed to be done quickly as it is a business, so we washed Friday, prepped and painted Saturday and part of Sunday. They were ready for business Monday!

Before our team began the project, the surface of the building was chalky, starting to rust, and looked worn and old.
After Photos
This project was pretty simple for CertaPro, We washed the building with T.S.P to etch the siding and help with some of the chalky residue, then we put a coat of paint with EB bond which re-sticks any of the remaining chalky residue for the final coat of paint. Once the final coat of paint is applied, the coating should look fantastic for 15 plus years.
