Alexandria Innovation Center
Backstory
Alexandria is a first-class facility in the Triangle area of North Carolina. Their top-rated campus house the forefront of industry-leading life science, agtech, and technology. Alexandria wanted to spruce up their back of house mechanical areas. Many of the floors were in poor conditions and needed a fresh look, so they called our team about epoxy flooring.
Project Challenges
- Preparing the concrete floors for coatings.
- Determining the best solution and products to use.
- Diverting high VOC fumes from the work areas.

Project Timeline
We had a tight 3-week timeline to apply a 5-step epoxy floor application process while working with the customer to still have access to multiple areas.
Tim and the team at CertaPro did an excellent job of coordinating with us on all the logistics of the project. We did an initial walkthrough and discussed the challenges of the project and came up with a plan that worked within our needs. The project was timely, and we are very happy with the outcome.
