Three Building Condo Complex Stucco Painting
CertaPro Painters® of Carlsbad, CA was contacted in October 2022 to upgrade the exterior of this three-building condo complex in Oceanside. The original paint on the 11 units was not holding up; paints located on the metal substrates were non existent and all cement board and stucco had faded. The client was hoping for a color change in addition to the new coat of paint. Our team helped the client choose a new color by providing samples and assisting them with the process of choosing their colors. The client decided on Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh to this project, and it turned out beautiful!
Access was a bit of an issue. One side of the building only was accessible via a 40 foot ladder. Part of the job was done via boom lift as well. In addition, a power line located in the alley presented a challenge and we had to take special precautions to protect our painting team. However, our team was able to complete the stucco repair, rust treatment, prime, paint, and complete the project in just two and a half weeks!
