My name is Yveth Rosales, and I have been with CertaPro for a year as an Office Associate. I’m 25 years old, married to a hardworking concrete contractor, and a proud mom of a 9-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter. I grew up in Oceanside, CA, before moving to Vista, where I graduated from a local charter school.
My journey into the world of painting and repairs started at 16 when I began helping my father with his small business. That early experience gave me valuable hands-on knowledge, making my role at CertaPro even more exciting, especially since the company values family as much as I do! Working with a team that feels like a second family is truly rewarding.
What I love most about my role is connecting with customers. I believe great customer service is the heart of this job and who doesn’t love getting cookies from happy clients? As the first-person people see when they walk into the office, I take pride in greeting everyone with a smile and making sure they feel welcome. Work is my second favorite place to be, and having such an amazing team makes every day a joy!
