About the Project

The Facility:

This building is a multi tenant office complex five stories tall in San Diego, CA

Condition of Property:

This building was long overdue for a paint job. There were multiple areas o the building that were so rusted that there was holes as large as softball in the metal siding. We had to auto-bondo over 100 spots. The result was fantastic.

Project Involvement:

This project was a challenge. There were over 100 spots that had to be fixed prior to painting. Once this was completed, we primed and painted the exterior.

Special Challenges:

Utilizing a 60 foot boom lift we were able to reach all needed areas. The challenge of this job was painting during operational hours and customers of the tenants moving our sectioned areas cones away from the work area. Although it was a challenge, we worked through it and the results were awesome.
