The Problem to Be Solved:
The homeowners of a Sea Street property in Dennis, MA needed a comprehensive exterior refresh. Because the existing finish was oil-based paint, the crew primed all clapboards prior to painting to ensure proper adhesion and a long-lasting finish.

Challenges:
Once work began, the carpentry needs proved to be more extensive than initially anticipated. Several oversized soffits required complete rebuilding, and the team had to dismantle the homeowner’s outdoor shower to access hidden areas needing repair—then reassemble it once the work was complete. The project demanded skills beyond standard light carpentry, so a painter with advanced carpentry experience was assigned to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic quality of the final result.

Final Results:
