The Problem to be Solved:

In September of 2025, a retail property manager contacted us to repaint a section of the exterior facade for their Newton location. After removing the old signage in preparation for new signage, the owner decided to repaint the entire section as a refresh.

The Challenges:

We needed to work around the retail business entrance during normal operating hours.

Our Solution:

In coordination with the property manager to avoid blocking the entrance, we started by washing one section of the area to be painted with an eco-friendly wash. We then patched some minor holes where the old signage was removed and some other areas where damage had occurred. Finally, using a boom lift, we painted the entire section of metal and the section of concrete with two coats of finish paint. All colors were matched to the client’s preferences.

The Final Result:

After just 3 days of work, our team had updated the exterior facade of the retail building, preparing it for new signage to be installed. The client was totally satisfied with our work and had this to say:
