Nursing Home Exterior
In June of 2025, CertaPro Painters® of Cape Cod was contracted to update the whole exterior of a nursing home in Falmouth, MA. The building needed stucco repair, carpentry, washing, and a completely new color.

Retail Storefront
In September 2025, a retail property manager contacted us to repaint a section of the exterior facade for their Newton location. We updated the front entrance including the metal facade and sections of concrete, matching colors to the cilent's preferences.

The Welcome Center at a Cape Cod nursing home was in good condition but needed an aesthetic update.

Amari Bar and Ristorante
The Amari Restaurant came to us in May 2024 to paint the exterior of the building. The exterior was worn down and needed a paint refresh. In some areas, paint was flaking and peeling. The paint was sun-bleached in some areas of the building. Shingles on the rear of the building were sun baked. Some of the trim was rotted and needed to be replaced.

The Pierce Building came to us in April 2024 to paint the exterior of the building. The facility had rotted wood and flaking/peeling paint. It appeared that 50% of the paint was flaking and peeling when the project was initially estimated

The Hanover Department of Public Works came to us in February 2022 to paint their interior. Overall the condition was fair when we began and the project required painting, drywall repair, caulking trim and doors.

Alarm New England
Alarm New England came to us in October 2022 to paint the front siding of the building. It is a metal building, commonly known as a "butler building". The wood trim had never been painted before and was rotted in some areas, which needed to be replaced.
