The Problem to Be Solved:

The Solution:

Due to the severity of the peeling, we performed aggressive sanding on the shingles far beyond the standard light sanding typically used. This helped eliminate as much of the failing stain as possible, setting the foundation for long-term adhesion.

The project involved repainting the shingles, trim, front door, and chimney. Despite the aggressive surface preparation required, extra care was taken during power washing and sanding to avoid damaging the shingles.
