Do you have a project minimum?

Yes, $1,000.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are!

What licenses do you have?

CertaPro Painters® of the North Shore and Cape Ann has a Home Improvement Contractor Registration and Renewal as well as a Lead Paint Supervisor License. So if your home is older and may have lead paint, you’re in good hands.

How many people do you send out for each job?

That depends on your project. We have the teams available for any sized job from a 2-3 man paint crew for a residential home to a 6-7 man crew for a large commercial project. We’re not limited by capacity size, and are glad to work with you to determine how many people we should send out.

How will my project be managed?

Each project has a Drop Site Supervisor who manages crew. They’ll be wearing a CertaPro® Gold shirt, making it easy for you to find them while working if you have any questions or concerns. You can also talk to Kyle, our production manager and paint expert.

Can the painters work alone in my house?

Yes, as long as the customer is comfortable with it. All of our painters are vetted and insured themselves.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, all CertaPro® franchises offer a Two Year Limited Warranty. You can learn more about that here.
