Our painting team was recently contacted to complete a full exterior colour change at a local warehouse in the Calgary community. The warehouse was also in need of a few stucco repairs. Our painters transformed this entire large warehouse space in just 3 weeks. You can learn more about this commercial painting project below.
About the Project
A complete repaint with colour change was done on this warehouse building located in SE Calgary. Approximately 200 ft X 150 Ft and 28 ft High. The project started with some fairly extensive stucco repairs. The colour was changed to Dark Grey accent pillars with Light Grey walls and a white Belly Band. Materials consisted of Concrete, Metal Cladding and Stucco. The project also included the loading bay doors, and man doors and frames. The mask line ran approximately 500 linear feet to separate the belly band. A 45 ft boom lift was used to access all areas with the safety of our painters being of the utmost importance.
Condition of Facility:
There was extensive wear and tear on the stucco and much had to be scraped and reapplied.
Project Involvement:
The project involved repairing stucco, painting and ground repair after from the need to use a heavy lift on the lawn area.
Special Challenges & Equipment:
A 45 ft boom lift and scissor lift were used on this project for access as well as 32 ft ladders to work around trees and other landscaping. The project required a 45 ft boom and scissor lift and 32 ft ladders
