This past Winter, one of its warehouse buildings needed an exterior refresh, as moisture damage had caused peeling in several areas. Winter was the perfect time to work because of the low foot traffic and unusually temperate weather for the time. On some days, the temperature was about 17 Celsius, perfect for painting while people aren’t yet ready to shop.

About the Project
