At CertaPro Painters of the Main Line, the safety of our employees, our customers, and the community at large is of upmost importance to us. To that end, we are now offering FREE NON-CONTACT REMOTE PAINTING ESTIMATES for both interior and exterior projects.

If you are interested in a remote estimate, call our office at 610-525-8484. We will walk you through the process! We can generally prepare exterior project estimates without the need for a video walk-through, but interior estimates will likely require photos or the use of smart phone video technology like Zoom or FaceTime.

FAQ’S

Q: How long does the estimate take?
A: It typically depends on the size of the project that we are looking at together. More often than not, I would plan on about an hour.

Q: Is the estimate just done over the phone?
A: We have tried a few different ways to complete the remote estimate, however, in order to have the most effective remote estimate process, we prefer to use Zoom. If needed, we can accommodate in other ways (FaceTime, etc.)

Q: How long will it take to get the estimate?
A: After we look at everything you would like to have completed, we take about 20-30 minutes to put everything together in a proposal for you. Once that is finished, we will call you back to go over everything with you and answer any questions you might have.

Q: We aren’t sure how soon we can have the work completed with the current situation throughout the country. How long is the estimate good for?
A: Great question! All estimates are good for the calendar year. We want to make the process easy for you when you are ready to have the project completed.

Each painting crew will have a designated “Pandemic Safety Officer” on-site: monitoring temperatures daily, asking several questions of the crew, making sure masks are being used, etc.

Remote Exterior Estimates

We can estimate exterior painting projects remotely or via a drive-by estimate. We’ll walk the property, and if we have questions when preparing the estimate, we can communicate them to you via email or phone. We guarantee that the estimator will respect all social distancing preferences.

This extends through the painting process – our crews work outside, and will maintain a six foot distance if they need to communicate with the homeowner at any time. Payment can be made electronically. Our goal is to create an easy, safe process from estimate through job completion.

Remote Interior Estimates

Looking to get the interior of your house painted? Not a problem! If you’d like to schedule an interior remote estimate, we’ll coordinate a date and time to connect via the use of smart phone video technology like FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Duo. Not sure how to use the apps? Our associates will be happy to walk you through the process, which consists of you showing us the room or rooms to be painted. We’ll also discuss the different types of paint, colors, and more, to get a better idea of what exactly you’re looking for. And of course, we’ll answer any questions you have for us!

Once we gather that information, we’ll be able to prepare an accurate, easy-to-understand estimate for your interior painting project.
