My painting journey started back in 1988 while I was a student at the University of Pennsylvania. I’ll never forget an early customer who ran into me on the sidewalks of Doylestown and hesitated before sharing their honest feedback:

“I had some concerns about the job… and it just seemed like you didn’t even care.”

That hit me hard. Because I did care — deeply. But I didn’t yet have the systems in place to catch every concern and make it right.
