Introducing Our Spring 2026 “Mini Home Health Check”
Posted on February 9, 2026
After 35 years of serving the Main Line, we’ve learned something important:
Most homeowners don’t just want paint…
They want peace of mind.
They want to know their home is protected. They want to catch small issues before they become expensive ones. And they want a team they can trust to be honest, thorough, and proactive.
That’s why for Spring 2026, we’re excited to introduce something new — and we’re including it at no charge with every painting estimate as a thank-you to the community that has supported us for 35 years.
The CertaPro “Mini Home Health & Safety Check”
When we come out to provide your spring painting estimate, we’ll also complete a 10-point visual home check focused on the most common areas where homeowners see wear, water intrusion, and safety concerns.
This is not meant to replace a licensed home inspection — it’s a practical, homeowner-friendly review that helps you see what’s happening around your home before it becomes a bigger issue.
Think of it as a spring checkup for your home.
Why Are We Offering This?
Because after 35 years, this business has become about more than painting.
At CertaPro Painters® of the Main Line, we’re on a mission to lift others — and one of the best ways we can do that is by helping homeowners feel informed, prepared, and proud of the place they live.
Many of the issues we see each year start small:
- A little peeling paint
- Cracked caulking
- A soft spot in trim
- Water stains that weren’t there last season
And when those things are caught early, the solutions are usually simpler, faster, and far less costly.
What’s Included in the 10-Point Check
During your estimate appointment, our team will take note of key areas including:
Exterior & Protection
✅ Paint condition (peeling, cracking, blistering, chalking)
✅ Caulking around windows, doors, trim, and joints
✅ Roof overview (from the ground — obvious missing or damaged shingles)
✅ Gutters and downspouts (drainage and signs of overflow)
✅ Exterior wood and trim (soft spots, rot, carpenter-bee damage)
Safety & Systems (Visual Only)
✅ Electrical red flags (knob-and-tube, fuse boxes, exposed wiring)
✅ Plumbing concerns (visible leaks under sinks, corrosion, staining)
✅ HVAC basic check (turn system on, visual concerns in utility area)
✅ Moisture and ventilation signs (stains, mildew, musty odors)
✅ General safety items (loose railings, steps, exterior lighting)
Again — this is a visual, non-invasive review designed to help you prioritize maintenance. If we see anything that needs a specialist, we’ll recommend that you contact a licensed professional.
How This Helps Homeowners
This check is designed to give you clarity, not overwhelm.
You’ll walk away with a simple understanding of:
- What looks great
- What should be watched
- What may need attention soon
- What might affect a future painting project
It also helps you plan smart improvements over time — whether you paint this season or later.
Included With Every Spring 2026 Painting Estimate
