December to Remember: Certa Cup Nomination


We are celebrating our third nomination as one of five finalists for the prestigious Certa Cup (franchisee of the year) in our 29 year journey on the Main Line!! We were able to grow 50% during a pandemic as well as dramatically improve our customer service. Our NPS (customer service score) jumped from 67 to 83 in the last year – leap frogging over industry leaders Netflix (68) and Starbucks (77) by following our Certainty Service System.

We are so proud of our team and to be part of this extraordinary company. Excited to see what the future holds!

More information on the Certa Cup:

Purpose: To recognize one franchisee in the system who has worked tirelessly every day to uphold the CertaPro basics, operational proficiency, and delivering extraordinary experiences in his/her business. These franchisees must have performed exceptionally well in all aspects of their business and have demonstrated exceptional performance in operations, production, marketing, training, completed dollars growth, Path adoption, customer experience, and system participation (D-Day, flight group membership, advisory boards).
