Merion Cricket Club Painting Project in Philadelphia Area

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED:

The interior and exterior of the clubhouse were in poor condition. Several areas needed to be patched, spackled, sanded, and prepped for painting. The project involved painting the ceilings, walls, and trim/woodwork throughout the interior of the space because it was being turned into a child care facility. We also painted all of the stucco and exterior trim/woodwork on the same building. There were some patchwork and drywall repair needed in certain areas.

CONDITIONS:

Cold weather approaching meant we had to work promptly when finishing the exterior. We finished in time and everything looked great.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:

Prep – Clean and prep all surfaces for paint, sand the interior and exterior of the building.
Paint – Interior and Exterior

Merion Cricket Club reached out to CertaPro Painters of the Main Line to execute this project. We provided a large painting crew who worked long hours to get the job completed.

This project was completed in November 2019 within 3 weeks.
