RESIDENTIAL SALES ASSOCIATE

POSITION OVERVIEW
· Represent CertaPro Painters of the Main Line to prospective customers so as to differentiate ourselves from our competition and to further enhance our “Brand of Certainty.”
· Service all prospective customers with the objective of meeting their painting needs and building customers for life.
· Ensure that our customers’ needs, and their expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal.
· Ensure that all field marketing programs are being executed.

· Fulfill the obligations of the essential functions; Sales. Marketing, Production, Administrative and Personal Development.

What we're looking for

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Complete setup call to ensure appropriate expectations are set for and from the customer.
• Meet with the customer in person and collaborate on their project
• Prepare detailed proposal
• Participate in all Company-sponsored Home Shows and other Community Events as needed
• Participation in On-Going Training Conferences/ Meetings
• Prepare Weekly Analysis of Results in preparation for Goal Setting and Review with Supervisor
• Other Sales & Marketing duties TBD

General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills
  • • Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • • At least 2-3 years sales experience
  • • Strong organizational skills
  • • Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • • Goal-oriented & energetic
Compensation

Job Type: Full-time
Salary plus commission based on experience and performance
