iQor Interior Painting for Round the Clock Usage
CertaPro Painters® of Broward County, FL was a previous customer. The walls were in pretty good shape but used the outdated corporate color scheme. The new color scheme is much more modern and vibrant. CertaPro Painters was hired for painting all the walls of the facility. Protecting any signs, column wraps, and any other materials owned by iQor’s customers who operate in this facility. Protecting floors, furniture, computers, desks, and any other items that would not be painted.
The Business
iQor is a business process outsourcing company that provides customer service, third-party collections, and accounts receivable management. They operate about 40 call centers worldwide. The customer wanted to update their Pompano Beach call center to the new corporate color scheme, which includes new colors for all the common areas, as well as Blue, Green, and Gold accent walls for most offices. iQor serves very important customers in this facility, such as T-Mobile among others. This was a big project, involving a painting surface of about 40,000 square feet.
The Job
This facility operates 24x7x365, so the whole project had to be produced while the call center was working. Consequently, most of the job was done at night, when the volume of calls decreases. CertaPro’s crews had to follow a very specific and strict schedule to minimize any disruptions to the regular operation. Every day a specific area was assigned for painting and had to be properly completed before sunrise.
Before
The customer wanted to update their Pompano Beach call center to the new corporate color scheme, which includes new colors for all the common areas, as well as Blue, Green, and Gold accent walls for most offices. The team was charged with protecting any signs, column wraps, and any other materials owned by iQor’s customers who operate in this facility. Protecting floors, furniture, computers, desks, and any other items that would not be painted.
The customer was so happy about the outcome of this project that they asked us to produce a similar job for their call center in Miramar, FL. That one involved a painting surface of about 32,000 square feet and had similar challenges. It was fully produced in June 2019.
After
