In July 2025, CertaPro Painters® of Boulder and Longmont completed a full exterior repaint of this Lafayette, CO home.
The project refreshed weathered siding, trim, and architectural details with an HOA-approved color palette.
The transformation restored depth, vibrancy, and long-term protection to the property.

Scope of the Project:The work included repainting all major exterior elements—siding, trim, fascia, soffits, gutters, garage doors, railings, and spindles. Surface prep involved power washing, scraping failing paint, sanding transitions, spot-priming bare wood, and caulking critical joints.
Next, our team applied a carefully selected an HOA-approved Benjamin Moore palette including Angelica AF-665 on siding, Bear Creek 1470 on trim, gutters, fascia, soffits, railings, spindles, and garage doors, Sweet Rosy Brown 1302 as an accent, and White Heron OC-57 on window and garage trim.

Precise techniques were critical for success. Crisp edge work and controlled application ensured smooth color transitions and clean lines between siding, trim, and accents.
Protective masking of windows, landscaping, and hardscapes safeguarded the property, while thorough substrate preparation addressed UV fade and wear at sun-exposed elevations, ensuring the new finish will last for years to come.
