Brookline Condominium Complex Exterior Refresh

CertaPro Painters® of Boston, MA partnered with a local management company to bring new life to a weathered multi-family property in Brookline. The building was showing its age, with peeling paint on the window sills, faded siding, and damaged Hardie trim that needed both structural repair and aesthetic renewal.

Our team began by replacing sections of compromised Hardie siding and trim. Once the surface was sound, we completed a full exterior repaint including soffits, dormers, window trim, railings, stairs, and porch floors. Every detail was addressed to ensure a smooth, consistent finish that would last for years.

Given the property’s location on a busy street, the project required careful coordination. We obtained city permits, hired a police detail, and implemented a custom traffic plan to keep pedestrians and vehicles safe. To reach the upper levels of the building, we used a 48-foot ladder taller than what most residential projects typically require.

As the project progressed, we uncovered additional areas needing repair that couldn’t be seen from the ground. Thanks to our experienced crew and flexible planning, we addressed them quickly and efficiently to keep the project moving without delay.
